Our next trip to Jordan to service the refugees is on March 16, 2025 and we are asking for lots of prayer. With our last three trips, there was all out war with tensions, hostilities and missiles flying overhead. This may still be the case in March. During our trip of Oct 2023, we had to shelter in place because of protests. During two legs of our April 2024 trip, the airspace was closed because of missiles flying and we were stranded at the airport for several days. The last trip of Oct 2024, missiles flew right above us while eating dinner out and flights were continually delayed on all legs of the trips. We humbly ask for fortified prayer coverage for this next trip. There was no danger, but these types of delays take time away from the work we are sent to accomplish.Â
Even more so, prayers are needed for the persecuted families we serve. Each and every family has fled their country seeking refuge or asylum in other countries from their oppressive regimes. With many, the persecutions still continue. With others, it is going on 13 years of not having a home country. Our prayer for them is to help restore value, dignity and the hope that is found in Christ Jesus.Â

The main project this trip is geared towards distributing life saving essentials that include food, water and vitamins. Your generosity, compassion and devotion towards the refugees, asylum seekers and your willingness to share your blessings with them truly makes a difference in their everyday lives. The parents can’t always feed their children or supply them with nutritious food. Tap water is undrinkable in Amman where most of our families reside. Many families tell us that the food voucher comes at the exact time their food or water ran out.Â

Thanks to all for your prayer support and helping us with the persecuted refugees. Our goal is to share Christ’s love, build hope and ease burdens to those in desperate need: the single moms, the sick, disabled, elderly refugees and to the household of faith.
