
Joanne Liang
Joanne has served with Restoring Faith, Inc. since its inception, holding the roles of CFO/Treasurer and Director of Restoring Refugees. She has been actively involved in hands-on assistance to Iraqi, Syrian, and Sudanese refugee families in Jordan since 2012, working both independently and in collaboration with other organizations. Having lived in Jordan from 2009 to 2015, Joanne brings a deep understanding of the culture, people, and their unique needs.
With 36 years of combined experience working with charitable nonprofit organizations and serving on various boards, Joanne provides strong leadership rooted in stewardship, accountability, and compassion. She has a deep passion for serving the persecuted church and is dedicated to raising awareness and support for the suffering body of Christ and refugees worldwide.
Driven by this calling, Joanne has developed long-term strategies to assist persecuted and displaced communities, spearheaded fundraising initiatives for food, clothing, and emergency relief, and travels internationally twice each year to implement and sustain projects while encouraging and guiding field workers. She oversees budgeting and aid distribution for 32 projects across Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Pakistan, Congo, Greece, the Philippines, and other sensitive regions. As CFO, Joanne maintains that faithful management of resources and operations is central to the continued impact and blessings to those served by Restoring Faith, Inc.
